Will Chevron win? Why or why not? Has anyone heard any substantive rumor? If we lose, what does this do to our current layoffs?

my Paris sources tell me Chevron did win arbitration.
CVX gets half, and XOM gets half.
This is just my guess. I think we will pay Exxon for allowing the merger to go through. Both won.
Well there won't be anymore subsidized Starbucks in the lobby for the Hess crew. In other news I hear ENGINE is getting a slerpie bar. Not sure how many rupees they'll cost....

Chevron lt has attended Hess town halls. There is news that chevron wants to close the deal within 48 hours of the decision
