Will US Bank ever be a great company to work for? Union Bank's takeover sent US Bank into a downward spiral to failure. Employee's were no longer important to the success of the company. Managers like H.F, D.H. I.L., W.J. and too many more that do not care about how badly employee's are treated, causing employee's to be mentally, emotionally and physically. broken down. Stop the madness Manager's!

I used to be one of those ones that would go above and beyond. I noticed the shift in morale/attitudes of leaders when the Union acquisition occurred. Now that they’ve stopped caring so have I. I do just enough to be satisfactory. The extraordinary performance led to not much of a pay increase than the prior year of meaningful.
@ba wait, we haven't been doing more with less this whole time? (That's a joke for those that missed it)
I assume the next call will be worse with G. If investors see the survey scores at all, this time they truly highlight the problem. Management committee, completely daily while direct management scores high. It is clear that they promoted the wrong people and now with budget issues, "doing more with less", is going to cause the company some serious difficulties in meeting demands of those investors. They don't invest in the tech appropriately to ensure the people left can do their job with fewer there to help.
Leadership is a rare talent that is forged from real world experience, decisions that matter and creating a business environment where employees and the company can be successful. Leadership is not gleaned from a consultancy career where you are immune from the consequences flowing from horrible decisions and terrible recommendations.
It isnt happening. If you thought that last call with gunjan was bad. This next one won't make it any better.
True dat! Spot on!
