San Ramon Lakeside exit by mid-2026!

Some managers are now sharing with employees on move date
Entire lakeside facility is up for sublease and listed as available
10 floors in Houston will be ready by year end and will hold 1400 people
Only a couple hundred will be left in San Ramon by year end
Official word on mid-2026 coming in a month

They will make it work. Even if they have to lineup picnic tables, and put you all at em. They will make it work because the bottom line is, it saves them money

Mortgage rates should be lower by next summer, so that should help with selling and buying houses. You can always find a bright side to every story.

Yes, apparently the layoffs are making more room available in Houston that envisioned so a big restacking effort has started in order to accommodate people from San Ramon. The current assumption is about 50% make the move (20% are laid off and 30% refuse to move).
