I’m not surprised, the company promotes a toxic work culture where bullying and harassment are welcome
You can literally file a claim of s-xual harassment in this company and the company will STILL employ that person! You will still be required to work together! HORRIFIC INEPT HUMAN RESOURCE LEADERSHIP! People who are titled senior HR are totallly ineffective.
