For everyone made to RTO, how is it going? It is so loud, not enough space, and none of my actual team is in my location, so genuinely pointless for me to be going in, but I am maliciously complying because the job market is so trash right now. I am in at exactly the start of my shift & I am exiting the minute my shift is done. I am also doing the bare minimum of my role-no more, no less. Nothing extra or contributed to meetings. I feel like a lot of people are doing the same who had to RTO-I think another round of layoffs are coming because things are really bad right now.

RTO is what they hope pushes people to quit. If not enough take the hint then of course more layoffs.
When do layoffs come? They like to do it around Christmas or if you take PTO. But really any day is a good day to fire folks, every day is great.
