Honestly T-Mobile has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. T-Mobile is having issues w their iPad Pro m1 lineup sims. So instead of getting 5g speed u getting 0.1 mbps… I tried Verizon and att sim cards and they both work absolutely fine, but not T-Mobile.

we have 100 M cx, we charge activation fee for 30 dollars and SIM change fee for 20 bucks something like that, think of it, how much more care bring to our revenue every month just by doing sim change. cheap way to run business.
Adding fees all over the place has just as much to do with slowing down activations on a clogged network as anything else.
