For those who have been through the AEOI process—on the severance information page, it says you'll be sent your Settlement Agreement and Release document within 7 days of your termination to sign. Is that 7-day window counted from the end of the redeployment phase, or did it begin during redeployment?
I’ve been in redeployment for two weeks now with two more to go, and haven't received it yet.

After the DocuSign comes shortly after your last day on payroll, there’s a seven day rescission. After the seven day rescission. He will be paid on the next regular payroll day. Example, if your last day was July 1, July 2 becomes day one, around the same time you received the DocuSign by July 9 or so your recession period is up. You can’t change your mind and you are scheduled for severance on the next payroll payout which for us was the 7th and the 22nd, in the case I’ve just given you an example of your severance would come on the 22nd.
One hand has 5 fingers then 2 on the other. Also remember your 30 days re-deployment....count all the fingers on your hands 3 times. This is all well documented, don't count on getting the right info here.
You are getting paid during redeployment. Within 7 days of your final day you will get a docusign with your release paperwork, you will not have your final severance amount, that needs to be estimated by you. After you sign the release in one or two (most likely two cycles) you will get your payment the same way you got your paycheck.
It's after your last day on payroll. So your termination date. You are technically still employed by Chevron, and on payroll.
BTW, you answered this yourself when you said it was to be sent within 7 days or your TERMINATION date.
