In every townhall our leadership is excited about "low cost geographies" and that we have to do it because others did. We could have taken the high road and advertised we dont outsource like the others but our leadership is out of ideas long ago. Disgraceful

So…we made a mistake but not doing this sooner? Or we made a mistake by doing it too soon? Neither is possible. We do not make mistakes. Which is why we lead our competitors.
The remaining LT are gleeful because they will get big bonuses for their great idea to layoff the employees. I love the enthusiasm when they talk about the remaining employees need to work harder.
@a4 you can both disagree and do your job at the same time. It’s not necessary to blame only agree with every decision or policy
This is business, if you don’t like it start your own company. I don’t like it either, but the moment I decided to join the workforce and be employed by someone else, I made the decision that they pay me to what they say. Do I like it, nope, but it is what it is.
What you’re proposing is an entire philosophical change that only works if everyone else plays ball.
