If we lose hess will we finally be able to get rid of MW and hopefully MN? We desperately need new leadership. What we got now is rotten to the core!

That’s why MW hires consultants, to fade the blame. No, they won’t be replaced or held accountable.
Maybe cvx will not get the whole Hess. Maybe just a part of it.....

When MW, MN, EB, MG, etc. said directness and accountability is the new culture, they meant for the peons. No matter how things play out, they win. Keep a job, millions in benefits. Lose a job, golden parachutes with millions in benefits.
All they have to do is toe the line of the board and they’ll keep a job. We all saw what happens when you disagree with the direction of the board…NH out, MN in.
