My store has CHRONIC plumbing problems. Every week it’s toilets flooding, bathrooms closed and sinks clogged.
Also the AC is blowing heat from the vents in a big part of the sales floor. 🤷🏼‍♀️

@cg While I appreciate your input, it might be wise to reconsider your choice of words. Dismissing others as "d-mb" only highlights your own lack of understanding. In my area alone, there are multiple stores grappling with plumbing issues and leaking roofs—five, to be exact. Unfortunately, these problems often remain unresolved due to the exorbitant costs of repairs. Each year, just before Christmas, we find ourselves relying on Roto-Rooter to prevent clogged drains from leading to sewage issues in our stores. So perhaps you should count your blessings that your store hasn’t faced that particular headache yet.

Obviously they mean are any other stores facing recurrent issues not taken care of. And the answer is yes.

It has everything to do with Belk refusing to complete proper basic maintenance on their stores. This is most likely due to a severe lack of funds.

Why would any other store be dealing with this? The plumbing is in the building and is locally sourced repair work.

Just how d-mb are you?
