He did not tell you about his bonus. PSG 25 makes over 300K with the bonus and you are correct, he was not worth it. I see so many high grades that do not deliver at their PSG's it is amazing. Chevron should have reduced more mid level managers and saved the salaries so they could retain lower PSG's that know the workflows. Most of the managers think they understand the workflows but they cannot write them down, therefore they do not know how the work actually gets done.
Chevron is wasting money on you.
