I mean, I know you have layers of a-s kissing managers, directors, and managing directors who keep you from knowing how your company really runs, but you have people every day wondering if they're going to have a job from quarter to quarter or get offered as tribute to someone's bonus check. Nobody trust management because management has never given them a reason for that trust. Trust starts with integrity and courage-ergo you and your management team already have two strike against you in the trust department.
Or is this one of those 'good PR' style section media blow jobs that are supposed to make Allstate look good even as it prepares to layoff another mess of employee ins 3rd and 4th quarter?
