Abby doesn’t want layoffs, that’s fine. Demotions would work

So many managers are in their positions because they are dei hires. Keep them, but if they can’t successfully do their jobs, send them to be a manager of a phones team.

The DEI promotions were serious, I'll give Fidelity that. They were not promotions to small manager spots, but to VP spots as well.

So many DEI VP positions.

Morale is sunk. Everyone knows they are incapable, and we all know why they got there.
