With this company no one is invisible.
I do not see how, at least in my department. We are working voluntary overtime right now (not complaining, I actually like to earn a little bit more money) as they have told us that they are not going to be hiring any new people. I have been there for almost 20 years. Who is going to do all of this work if they lay people off? Some states have requirements that the work has to be done in their state so they can't move most of our jobs overseas.
