@j3 Your response demonstrates that you embody the values that are destroying Chevron. This company just put thousands of families in financial risk so some bitterness is to be expected but your reaction reflects no consideration or empathy for your former co-workers. This company is no longer wirthy of "being admired" for it's treatment of people as per it legacy vision statement.
Exxon's cautious public statement "We remain confident in our position" is typical corporate BS preparing stakeholders for potential disappointment without losing face.
Bitter? Just a little bit? A lot?
Let’s face it, you’re a pathetic loser that CVX found isn’t worth a penny on the dollar, and finally got you off the rolls. Now you’re just a disgruntled and worthless mess, posting BS like your OM.
It’s going through, just look at the stock price. Follow the money.
Survey says Chevron
If Exxon wins and elects to exercise their rights, and mass layoffs occur, will people still be adamant that those left standing just weren’t good enough to live?
I predict Exxon will win but decline to exercise their rights.
If xom wins they will get rid of the current elt
Exxon won
chevron won
There are no hearings. Exxon just won’t publish the outcome until Monday.
2 day of hearings = it is going Chevron's way - IMO
It’s gonna go thru
