I work at a global core . I am expecting more tsr layoffs in the near future. We are losing a lot of market share locally(seemingly to Richo) quickly. We have at our height 30+ sales reps. Now we are down to 2.. The only reason tsrs are here is because of sales. This was a busy profitable local business. After xerox took full control and outsourced everything and eliminated most local management, we are nothing but an expense.. Anyone here from a global imaging core? Has this happened in your area? We have tsrs without full days because we are bleeding customers, and it seems upper management is not concerned with regaining/keeping market share... Looking for input from other GIS cores... Thanks for listening...

Sales V.P.is the biggest waste of payroll.
They need to get rid of the core "presidents". Have too many cooks in the kitchen.

taking over other companies and businesses and running them into the ground .

Sales Teams are not looking to bring anyone on board. The few get to gorge on replenishments and yawn on net new.

Xerox destroyed GIS turning cores into XBS and now is destroying XBS regions turning them into corporate Xerox.
sounds like the core I was at! almost exactly, We have a few more sales reps. I don't think it will be long before they close the office. The competition sells Ricoh. I retired the end of May, April and March. I only had a handful of days where I had a full days work...
Only Xerox can take a great business (GIS) and destroy it. Xerox management can’t do anything right they get haded a wonderful business and executed their management strategy flawlessly, the only problem is Xerox’s strategy. It’s not execution it’s having a great strategy. Xerox executives are so afraid to loose their cushy jobs they just do what their told. Top down management style does not work. Will Xerox ever change? NO Xerox won’t change this style. Results $30 share to $5. Hard to believe the board of directors is absolutely asleep at the wheel. How long until the news announces ch11?
