Doesn’t matter where you’ll be going. Sad to say but AI will take most of your jobs whether you decide to stay or not.
This isn’t even up for debate. Y'all will be slowly be whittled out of service in small piles as to not arouse panic or resistance.
Exhibit A is a couple months away. So keep training that deep learning algorithm on how you do your jobs and stop complaining about things that are out of your control.
Oh this is easy. I’d work at BCG! COP pays them millions, they give us some 24 year old kids with no industry experience and MBAs paid for with daddy’s money, who tell us exactly what chatgpt would tell us to do to cut costs. They collect multi millions from us for months and then hit us with the “you just need to lay of x% of your workforce”. Would be nice to make pretty PowerPoints all day, never be held accountable for anything you do, collect a fat paycheck, and repeat.
Combine BCG’s incompetency with the COP “leaders” “leading” IT’s CEP efforts…and just wow. We got the dream team: a guy who hasn’t worked in IT a day in his life working alongside someone who has only ever held IT OCM roles, never BU facing or operations support, and really she hasnt had any technical roles period! Can’t wait to see what they come up with I’m SURE we’re in good hands
