Raises that don’t even keep up with inflation. Promotions that are promised but never come. Managers who get away with terrible behavior and never face consequences. What’s the incentive to stay?

Anon crybaby also gets triggered when people pose hardball questions to management at townhalls, they never get answered. Crybaby is so afraid they won’t be getting any more useless SPIRIT awards to gaze at adoringly.
;d-mba$$ post. "they" just paid BCG millions of dollars because the turnover isn't high enough. You really have no clue what is going on around you if you think right now "they" are awake at night wondering how to improve retention.
Who’s wondering? Who cares about turnover when we’re facing major reductions. Oh and not to repeat the annual discussion regarding raises but our compensation isn’t based on cost of living but rather our peer group.
Luckily most employees don't feel this way and want to stay.
If you are getting low pay increases and passed over for promotions, I think your supervisor is trying to tell you something about your performance. The 4 rating should have been your biggest clue.
Anon gets triggered by a troll post and proceeds to whine about it.
So why are you still here, OP? Or are you just a troll or former employee who can’t quit the whining?
