Thread regarding Chevron Corp. layoffs

Many projects are now a mess

Poorly conducted and poorly thought-out reorgs mean projects get stalled because new teams don’t communicate, and knowledge gets lost in the shuffle. Deadlines slip, and no one takes responsibility. Meanwhile, leadership pretends it’s all about “efficiency,” but it’s really just chaos disguised as change. And we’ll be the ones paying the price for this mismanagement later - well, those who survive this brilliant reorg.

Right on the Money. We suffer from poor management decisions and guess what, they are still the leaders who got us in this mess and will do the same again. How about some accountabilty for a change for the leaders?
