In the UK there are limited sites you can just turn up to. If you add up the number of desks available at the three... Hope we've only got a couple of hundred UK people left...

HYBRID is the worst of everything. Did it before COVID. I spent half the week thinking I'll leave that task until I'm at home because it will be easier to do it there as I need to concentrate. The other half thinking I'll wait till I'm back in the office because it's easier to this one there. And the other day your just doing domestics which since fully remote manage to magically get done throughout the week grabbing the odd spare 20 mins or lunch break to achieve them. And the day can flex as required because if it's not finished by tea time just leave the machine on and come back to it straight after.
Seems like an exercise in making most people just quit. The jobs boring enough as it is without having to drive an hour each way and be sat in a hot office to do it.
Push RTO right after we close every freaking location that we can. Brilliant...

Doesn’t effect me as I’ve always been office based, but it’s almost as if virtual first wasn’t such a great idea… Although now they don’t really have much real estate for people to come back to.
I don't live anywhere near an office. The entire team is spread out around 250 miles apart. But anyway, can't wait. They can say it's too expensive and make us all redundant instead.

In my email it says they will cover travel expenses to dxc office if you are an assigned virtual worker. How are they going to afford that???
