Is it just me or has the micromanagement gotten worse? Having to fill in time on Replicon, Workday and TAR now?
Needing 3 levels of approval for RTA’s. Having to fill in Replicon on a Monday for the following week before you’ve even worked it.
Asked to do overtime, then when you agree you need to ask permission to do the overtime and justify it so you get a code to put into Replicon.
I tell you the worlds cone mad.
Ex DXCite working at another MSP. We use replicon, it's alright... except for when companies don't use it properly. Let me guess, you're waiting ages to get unscheduled hours approved? Ours approve within a day usually

I refuse to do overtime. I refuse to travel. When you have to fight and justify something you didn't want to do in the first place. You want me there. You sort it out and make sure it happens. They can't so it doesn't get done.
