Execs making decisions without any challenge seems a dangerous situation. Any one challenging is being laid off. Managers and directors appears to just follow and go along and su-k up to bosses.
At some point no one will give a sh-t anymore if decisions are made almost unilaterally without any inputs from specific SMEs or other levels of authority.

So same as always then? Why anybody cares about this company now is the real head scratcher. Like people making Seagate the center of their entire lives and doing anything for the company 24/7. So you are actually concerned the company will get hurt from bad decisions you have no control over? Please stop. This is only a job to make money and you are way over invested in an entity that cares nothing about you. When your employment ends everyone else at Seagate will forget you existed in a few weeks. Please explain why you all care so much? I don’t get it.
