Thread regarding Imperial Oil Limited layoffs

Where is the share of the gain for the rest?

Imperial Oil shares hit all time high of $79.83 today. Share price was $24.45 at the end of last year. So, all the stock options that management got at the end of last year has tripled in valve.

Good news for the management folks for sure. Congratulations.

Now my question is, where is the share of the gain for the remaining folks??

Or, does management want to say, this gain is all they’re doing?? The remaining 95%+ did nothing???

Remember that without Imperial management employees would not know how to do their jobs. Management is the driving force of success at imperial.

No trickle down economics in this company. It all stays up with the worthy ones.

This strategy will implode as resignations continue.
The way I see it now, imperial has become a training facility. Come in for a few years and learn all you can so you can move-on and get a better job. I know competitors are happy to take the folks that resign from imperial and come in all trained up.
