I work in IS and have lots of coworkers who are looking to leave. Morale has never been so low and lack of confidence in IS leadership is super high rn. Only been at SF a few years but probably going to leave soon. Its really a bad environment, especially in IS.

Exec bonuses will be fine regardless of what you do.
Definitely the same garbage! Their time is running out! Eventually all the people that actually keep the company afloat will be retiring or quit! They lost control! Every time I see a new SM or CM or above I just shake my head! They all check a box except the competence box! Politically correct and preach the same ole 20 year old huddle points and tag lines from some motivational book that they repeated in the interview to get the job! They are running out of people that know anything! The biggest companies always and I mean always fall the hardest! #2...#3....and down goes Frazier, down goes Frazier!
Try being in our claim department where clearly the problem is our specialists and TMs. couldn't possibly be the incompetent leadership from SM on up to OVP. Been hearing the same garbage since the mid 90s recycled every few years.
Yes, definitely to make you quit!!! Also, please understand where this is coming from. You have an id--t Baby Huey looking MT clone running the company and two SF Agents that think they know everything and see operations employees as completely useless... They are driving this and every leader above the SM is all getting their marching orders and being told to lower the hammer on everyone including your SM and TM. The purge is beginning! They think they are "southern" rich! They are about to clean house in Auto U/W and believe they have other options for employees in U/W people/AI and people are going to beg for claims jobs! It will be a complete joke to watch all that go down! Just wait and see .... it is going to be a spectacular sh-t show!
I think they are purposely making it worse so more employees will quit. Their goal to reduce expenses.
Well the sc--wed over the infrastructure teams in '23 and ki-led the morale. They made their bed and now get to lay in it It's a shame how they ruined a great department when all it really needed was the dead weight cleaned out.
