Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Same sh--t different day.

More n more quitting and more n more file disbursements for those that remain. Apparently they cannot keep employees in or out of the hubs. The work keeps piling on. Not enough employees. Keep treating the employees like sh-t it's working out so well for you.

@za+1jypkf0kv Seek education Cletus, we cannot spoon-feed you on how to do your job especially if you're not qualified and simply promoted to ET. If you're on my level, you're not a manager to tell people what to do, Cletus.
Just stick to opening the mouth to spew garbage and making excuses to hide that you're not fit for the role.

They also promoted d-mbfuks with no experience into ET and the inexperienced claims specialist played politics to take over the effort saying exaggerated rubbish like "collaboration" to be shown how to complete tasks. Literally had no experience and would pass off anything shown to him as his own, the team completely collapsed with now new people brought in (paying out more in higher salaries).
Management are clowns instead of giving that one promotion to the person that really deserves it. Go ahead, spend more on hiring and get cutoff through layoffs.

I have been here 28 years! I would encourage you all to leave now! This place is an insane sh-t hole! Go somewhere else while you still can! AI/automation is going to take a ton of jobs, they are going to start reassigning people everywhere! Executive office is completely and totally out of control of the company and it is only getting worse. You have a bean counter and two SF agents running the company. They are re-ards! Also the 2040 "woke" leadership team and workforce is the end of any organization. As soon as you are staffing based on the "woke" criteria you are done. Merit should be the only thing that applies. When you fly, you want the best pilot, when your kids have surgery, you want the best surgeon, when your kids go to school, you want the best teacher.....you could care less what color, gender, s-xual preference or religion they are as long as they can do a great job! Same thing at SF! I want my claim handled correctly and could care less about all the other stuff. SF takes incompetence and the wokeness/employees and reassigns it to another area, let them mess that area up and then move them again. Look at all the movement lately with VPs, CM and Section Managers....same ole names and same woke BS! Get out now....save your sanity!
