Funny how those yearly surveys don't seem to come out anymore isn't it?

Pro-tip: Never complete surveys like that at an employer because the "anonymity" is questionable.
Even our employee surveys have data that says how certain age groups answered, nationality, race , etc. We know off of that who answered what. I have never liked them because I feel we are cheating our coworkers into believing we really don't know. And of course, then it is easier for directors to decide who gets laid off and how to improve future surveys by eliminating those that don''t buy into their program. I am coming out and saying that because I dont like that. We should just have answers as a whole instead of having that data. Cease that practice. Some of us ethical Directors don't think it is fair and those that know it does that won't answer honestly and they lie and not complain which leaves us without valuable input.
