I’ve heard of some of the groups getting impacted, some total elimination. But explain to me how BE/BPM is still hiring & adding to their team past next week. Their reputation is pathetic internally, yet somehow like roaches or rats they’re still growing & thriving when they produce nothing that provides a ROI…it’s a joke.

We all know why BE and CEO protect each other.
BE is the most important organization in Seagate. They are the source of substainability. BE is designed to last until the end of days.
It stays as long as CEO stays, it was his idea and he is not the kind of guy to admit he was wrong. And it helps the pitiful executive diversity metric.
They are in a protected class and need to keep these metrics high
