The term centre of excellence (CoE) has been understood as a team, shared facility or entity that provides high standards of research, leadership, services or education, and brings innovative mechanisms to promote knowledge and scientific advancements. The concept has been around since copyrighted by Humana Health Plan.

@1sg Ahh Centers of Excellence (CoE) - I love that someone just decides to call themselves a CoE. Most overused term at OT.
I’m sure Center of Excellence will be discussed a lot at kick off this week.
@109 after SKO
What do you mean by staff changes? As we start the new financial year, it’s customary for Mark to send an email talking about the future of the organization so messaging from senior leadership isn’t unexpected.
Ottawa will be closed shortly.
Good bye Ottawa
What about the Ottawa office? Any news on layoffs in this location?
Confirmed: A person in Utah over Channel Programs and Channel Operations was let go yesterday.
@bs So, OT is even more soulless now?
HR is now a ghost town. It looks like the company is preparing to use a contractor to provide HR services.
I don't understand your post. Did you layoff managers this week? And you know more are coming next week? Can you explain a bit further?
thanks!
