The micromanagement stemming from Scary K.B., is beyond ridiculous. Hertz wants a clean shot at improvement, talks about doing the same things and expecting different results, gets employs the same toxic upper management.

The executive motto has always been do as I say and not what I do. No money to hire or give bonuses but execs travel daily on company dime.

I was a Hertz Gold member for a while. Came in handy on business trips. However Hertz customer service su-ked. Rented a new car and immediately got a check engine light in po-dunk Los Angeles. That took hours to remedy. One of many bad Hertz rental stories.
