Thread regarding HCSC (Health Care Service Corporation) layoffs

Time to do some reporting

I am so over the coffee badgers and people who want to do the bare minimum. Your insistence on being slackers has kept near-constant attention on this literally years after the policies were implemented.

It's your fault that HR has to keep pulling these reports at more granular levels, and it is your fault that it keeps getting incrementally worse.

It is now my personal mission to report as many of you as I can, so this will end. I encourage all other good employees at all sites to do the same if they are sick of these slackers still trying to skate by and making things worse for the rest of us.

I couldn't agree more @1wf+1jxjjyjmk.

This is not why this is happening. RIFs happen every couple of years. You need to self reflect

@6ja It’s an annualized weekly average.

Can someone share the exact formula they are using to calculate the grand total?

You clearly have too much time on your hands. Maybe you need more work to do.

@k0 And that's the problem - the rules are the rules for all.

@k0 Your opinion doesn’t matter. It’s an enterprise/HR thing now.

I agree with the person above about top performers. I saw the report and I wasn't on it, but two people on my team who honestly carry our team were on it. If we lose them because HR/Execs are too d-mb to implement better RTO policies (Not full remote, but at least being able to work from home with sick, near holidays, and 3-4 additional flex weeks because life happens), our company will fall behind. A lot of these top performers can find another job anytime they want, which is why I'm guessing they don't care as much about the policy.

@k0 Then they’ll be coming after you instead.

The thing is, the last report I got, all of the people listed as non-compliant are my top performers. So I’m not about to start demanding they be in the office.

Why would you care? It doesn't impact you at all. let managers manage their people.

You should focus on your own job and witness about being the badge police. Their bosses can monitor and handle it.

How much time are you spending away from your regular duties to monitor and report your coworkers?
