Why get emotionally invested in a company that’d replace you before your desk is cold? I do my job, collect the paycheck, and clock out. The extra stress isn’t worth it when leadership clearly doesn’t care.

I really tried hard not to be emotionally invested...I tried to just do my job and clock out...truly. I completely agree with you....the company is completely disconnected from it's workers. I watched a video of a person dependent on IV meds (in order to keep working ironically enough) and she made a video to the CEO that is all over Youtube right now. My heart broke for her, because I've been going through similar circumstance. Maybe it's time to look for something else...even if it pays less. I'm kinda there.
Left Cigna months ago on my own terms. I was job hunting while I was working there. Dreaded every time I clocked in for work to the point where it spilled over to my personal life. I now work for another smaller healthcare company where there’s less politics, better benefits, and flexible work environments (WFH, in office when I feel like it). The pay was about the same unfortunately. But if you feel mentally checked out it’s time to go. Work isn’t just a paycheck. We spend majority of our lives at work.
They key word here is “company”.
