- Shift back to Categories & Sub-Categories
- Shift to more ETWs in Tech functions (tax changes make ETW significantly more enticing than FTEs.)
- Layoffs in Recruiting to automated system (Deloitte will enact)
- Supply Chain reorg to reduce redundancies after DSM/SC merger. (Project Blueprint)
- Elimination of slack and push to Teams. We got rid of swooshchat, next will be slack to have 1 Microsoft ecosystem
- Increase in hiring/promotions in business (rev creation) via $ from tech eliminations and outsourcing.

I was sorta expecting the "CS APLA blah blah" guy to be writing this, pleasantly surprised there was actual content instead of that troll.

Everyone salivating at the downfall of IDSA, you understand that other, more nimble competitors strive because of effective data science? You think HOKA and ON just KNOW what product features? What product recs? what data architectures to enable efficient reporting? That nobody in that org signed up to have visionless leaders unplugged and disempowered? You are all clowns.
TBH I could see all or at least 8 of these happening. Focusing on revenue generating roles is a top priority from the leadership and a rebalancing will happen (HR, FI and Tech) to be cut down to borderline skeleton roles. Outsource new ideas such as Accenture or Deilotte leading the way. No need for FTEs if you just pay for your improvements.
Just be very clear you articulate clearly what technologies you want to use to get those jobs done so tech can staff appropriately to support your optimal experience. If Tech isn’t empowered to support you, your experience as an employee will be directly impacted.
These seem like reasonable, logical solutions. Therefore it’ll never happen.
