Here comes PDC, a life saver seen for some. Lest they know its reserved for folks eyed for the positions but who could not participate in wave 1 selections. All rigged.

If you were asked to apply by a person that has influence on the decision it means they would likely pick you
I am in wave 2, have been asked to apply. My chance? Is negative possible? Just waiting for notice of rejection and make me feel like a failure!
This 1H2025 is a show put up by HR to save MW a-s from being sued. There are a whole suite of wave 2 su-kers who want & hv been asked to apply, so goodluck to wave 1 left standing. There is nothing in it for u, if u didn’t “fit” in the latest org chart u are not fit for the PDC. I would drop everything, forget knowledge transfer. I’d take my knowledge and experience elsewhere asap

I can already identify 50% incumbents for PDC available roles in my region.
