If you have not noticed, after the last layoff, very few people care about what happens anymore, they cut through the bone, great people indeed, but no one cares. People left are just numb.

Quiet quitting and expecting the inevitable in a few years while watching others make Seagate the only all important thing in their lives. It's been proven so many times that hitting all financial targets just means a layoff is still coming as soon as the new higher revenue targets are in danger.
take the LCO experience as an example. At it's peak there was over 1400 people there working away on 5? different product lines and other ideas for the future. Now it is maybe 300 people working on 2 product lines with one being more of a continuation exercise. Of course there is lots of apathy by the reminders. The majority of the movers and shakers have done moved on..I suspect the docile personality is more in the majority of what's left. by their nature they are not going to make an effort to even look at a site like this.
No one gives a fu-k about this anymore. Few folks are calling shots and rest of employee are collecting peanuts now. Easy gig for quiet quitting now and enjoy the work life balance
