Certain parts? Especially Martech and the oversight/heavy hand of Marketing Operations is something to consider. If you think they are doing well, consider regulatory efforts and effective marketing? Do we have one and not the other?
Certain parts of USAA, especially in marketing, remain difficult environments. Even with HR and leadership involvement, meaningful change hasn’t happened. It continues to affect morale and the overall work experience.
