Shipping will be here until late 26 / early 27. All of the design aesthetics and features were 100% designed for a turn around. We can leave the space as-in for any industry to move in. They new this long before we moved from CHVPK. And they also new that Houston was the goal. They lied and lied and lied to us.

They can leave whenever they want. They are the same owners that purchased our SR campus and whatever you may think we spent to build out, they won in concessions and sales prices for the campus.

They will likely keep one half of the building ( floors with community hub ) and return the other section. What a massive waste of $$$$ .

The lease can be renegotiated any time.

They signed a 5 year lease at Lakeside so technically in 2029. Since most of the 2000 Chevron Park transfers will be gone soon they will renegotiate lease in 2026 after most have EOI’d. Such a waste of money, time and decreased mental health for bad planning.
