Our beloved CHRO, EVP, Corporate Secretary and awkward town hall laugher is all about Cigna's Summer of Vitality. However, there seems to be no consideration for the fact that forced RTO is a major factor in lowered vitality.
So, as long as we are forced in to "collaborate" via WebEx, there is no real effort or desire to truly bolster employee vitality. Nothing but a load of self-aggrandizing balloon juice.
