We are probably going to take your job
Whatever issues that management created will be backfilled with contractors until Engine can come up to speed. It's much easier and simpler to let go contractors than direct hires.
Simple your DEI is saving your a-s kisser. How do you think the building have become a hazard? Haha no ones going believe anything DEI reputation already being eyes on by the something more serious. DEI is in hot waters now. So you wonder why your being treated like trash is becuase your interfering on protecting the trash. Ironic isn't it. Hahaha!
@a5 Ah, so it’s not about skill, it’s about $180/hour and expert-level a-s-kissing?
They prosper, as they should. They do all the work.
Hiring more because we can’t find enough employees for engine
A DSR buddy of mine makes 30k a month in Mid Con and he is in his 20s, but the advisor likes him so he stays while employee DSRs get cut...makes sense. Good job Dennis M...
I still work here. My bill rate is $180/hr. Lasted for 18 years and counting, sweet ride. Helps to have friends in high places. =)
