Who in their right mind would agree to uproot their life for a job in 2025? Moving is outrageously expensive, and tearing your family away from their home, school, and social network is no small sacrifice. And for what? To keep spinning your wheels in a company where career growth is virtually nonexistent, or worse, to be laid off a few months later. They know it, and we know it. This isn’t about relocation. It's a calculated way to quietly push people out without having to pay for it.

Are they offering any relocation packages for this, or are they expecting associates to pay to relocate on their own dime? Sorry this is happening to all who are impacted.
