I left this place after 14 years, and it broke my heart to see how far it had fallen. When they outsourced so many positions, everything got slower and sloppier. What’s worse is how leadership pretends it’s all going great despite all the evidence to the contrary. The truth is, they lost the plot years ago.

The script/plot they are working off of is 'optimize shareholder value'. As long as they prop that up the execs get their big bonuses and the worker pawns get their daily rations.
I agree wholeheartedly with the original post. Such a shame.
The repetition had me reading this like a short poem
