It su-ks, I agree, but my bigger issue are the layoffs that just keep coming. I'll rather RTO and still have a job than be laid off and have to look for a job in the current job market that's one of the worst I've ever seen.

Unfortunately, happily enduring RTO won't protect you or anyone from the next round of rifs, or the one after that. I agree it is the least of my concerns, personally, but there is always the chance of getting swept up in the next RIF or the next or the next. They will keep coming.

Agree, I was riffed. RTO should be the last concern for everyone. Layoffs are real and jobs are becoming limited to offshoring and A.I. curve.
I agree RTO is pretty pointless but I’ll do it yo stay employed. I wish the RIffs would stop. I keep hearing this week and next are going to be bad. So sad
