I think after the resource actions the reps left in DPR and OCI are fighting for next year's spot. These quotas set us up for failure again this year. Is this the plan? Where is the motivation. I actually like the company and products but how does anyone make money here?

That's why sales gets paid the big bucks, to solve the challenges you describe. If it was easy it wouldn't pay so much. If this seems too daunting consider working in a call center instead?

They want 20% Attrition.
Those with kids, college tuition, and big monthly nut will now evaluate if they can make any scratch this year.
They want us to leave rather than paying us out the door.
Phase 3 begins in November once they have the remaining numbers.
This will be Performance Driven.
