OP is a mo--n with their head in the sand like an ostrich. Probably HR troll or a “blessed “ manager that provides no value to the company and is patiently awaiting their 90 point retirement dream. @$$hole
Yeah and we have a wonderful leadership team that will be 100% resposible for this s hit storm thats going to get real fast. Layoffs next year.....
Please be more stern and hold those below you accountable.

Relax. Just dont do it. Even if you wanna go to it. Relax.
No more lay offs for years??? Hahahahahahaha.
Yes, like others have said, enough of the drama. Some of us actually have to (God Forbid) Work for a living. And we know that if we get laid off from anywhere, no problem, because employers will almost always hire actual Workers who know what it's like and have been through it and don't show up with "bUt mUh wOrK-LIfE bALANce" attitides. For people on the gravy train that don't do much, well. That's a different story. Either way, you'll survive, - and will be better off because of it.
And when the Hess deal closes another bloodbath will happen, prob more for Hess people
Op is a mo--n or corporate shill. I hope he gets waved 2 for gross incompetence
Some of us are in wave 2. Layoffs not over yet.
It’s just a damn job, don’t get a worry and fear. Other places to earn an income in this country.
Well they have already planned up to phase 4 in Engine recruitment. What do you think is coming?
How do you think work will migrate to injun? This is the end of the beginning and the beginning of the end.
The author of this post could not be more wrong. There are multiple waves. They are trying to have it all done by sometime in the fall.
Yes, I’ll “relax” while half my team got axed / my personal workload didn’t decrease / any kind of support for Chevron way behaviors has been ki-led off. So easy!
Except for this little thing called Wave 2 (or 2H)…
