Haha "Work Well-being Reviews"? Remember "Workplace Strategy?" A fancy way to phrase "scaring people into quitting so we don't have to pay severence or report to the Department Of Labor ". What garbage will they think up next.
What does that mean? They only want young healthy lower paid employees that cost the company less money?
