Oh, just curious if any stores have got their hours? I mean, all the chatter after those store visits was something else. Apparently, they're going to add more hours to handle those oh-so-important duties and ensure customers actually get some care. But hey, I guess they still need to keep up the whole smoke and mirrors act, right?

Our store has gotten more hours in the past month than in the past 3 years. We all complained pretty heavily during our store visit about hours and the A/C not working and both have been fixed.
What do you mean? Payroll hours?
