I know that Richmond took a hit. Haven't had a chance to talk with anyone in El Segundo.

Among Chemical Engineers in El Segundo, there were a few people put in transition roles while most retained the same job or an analogous one. Nobody will be shown the door soon. The WARN act only specified a 20-job reduction out of a few hundred exempt staff, so nothing close to Armageddon should have happened anywhere.
El segundo was hammered.
I heard that the tech center in Richmond has a few left standing. Not sure of the numbers in the refinery.
Talked to a buddy of mine earlier today and he said 'nothing so far' not sure if she knows things outside of her group
