How is this keeping the cost down for students and encouraging them to "do digital?"

My fav is when the code doesn’t work and then the student gets annoyed because Follett does nothing to resolve it. Then the student buys directly through the publisher and makes a return and they refuse to refund the fee. A fee for a product they didn’t deliver. So shady.
Can’t wait to listen to all the complaints in fall!
