Thread regarding USAA layoffs

Workforce Transition Advisor

One thing I observed today was the posting of a workforce transition advisor opening. Now this isn’t gonna be one of those little bird told me bullsh-t post. I’m just reading between the lines. If you see that kind of an opportunity open up at work then to me that says something is being planned out if not planned out already and they just need people to push the agenda.

@2bg Claims has a 1,500 headcount drop/commitment as part of the 2030 'sTrAtEgY'. Tech/AI solves most of it. Secret is there isn't real strategy, just a numerical exercise. Stray-Eye Clyde has no real clue to get there. Between that, and his Ozempic shots, he'll collect his golden parachute by 2028. The rest of us remain to pick up the failure we called out 3 weeks ago. This is why Clyde still has ALL his P&C policies with Chubb and not USAA. Yet, they try to sell all the employees to buy the broken promises to support their exit plan. These are the consequences of Wayne at the helm, instead of a true military leader.

It's a backfill. The prior person had career progression. It's a good thing. That job su-ks in that you deal with folks impacted by cr-ppy decisions by ignorant leaders. They hel with the transition.

They’ve had that position posted before. They’ve already got another one on the same team and who knows if it’s another one or someone left and they’re backfilling. Nothing to get all excited about folks 😜
