Chime in if your store is HOT and does not have proper working a/c. We think they are purposefully keeping it hot to save $$$$$$$

Hot in the summer, hot in the winter, make it make sense?!
Certain sections of the store you can feel the cool air blowing, but in our department, there's literally no air blowing from the vents. The stockrooms, bathrooms and fitting rooms are hot. Complaints have been made by employees, but they're apparently falling on deaf ears. Customers complain all the time. You're literally sweating while working there.
No air. No new belk cards. Sit and spin honey.
Just get a fan and quit whining. Now go open a Belk card.
Our A/C is pretty old at our store so a unit doesn’t work which lead us to believe that was the reason half the store was hot and the other half was bitter cold. We complained during our store visit and our regional manager was able to feel the unbearable temp in the half of the store that was hot. I came into work the next day and the entire store was cold and has been ever since.

YES!!! And ours are brand new units so I know they work.
Nothing new.. the store I work in for the past 20 years always has problems with the air.
Yes main sales floor is miserably hot. Feels to me like warm air if blowing from the vents. Also our STH area is sweltering. It’s actually cooler outside. They said there’s a work order for it…??
However the store manager’s office is nice and cool. 🤷🏼♀️
Parkway Place Huntsville, Al half the store is burning hot and the other half is a littler cooler.
Yes! We are burning up and every customer is complaining. They don’t want to shop and sweat! I’m co side ring leaving due to the heat and working conditions.
