Has anyone heard anything about a class action lawsuit against Belk primarily about the hack, but also regarding discriminatory treatment of some employees, ??

They would be two separate class action lawsuits
Those two things will not make a class action together. It's basically like trying to combine strong laxatives with a trampoline park.
